Studio Mieke Meijer is the outcome of close cooperation between Mieke Meijer and her partner Roy Letterlé. Combining their qualities results in designs that are high quality both conceptually and technically.

A constructive form language, elegant lines and an industrial character are the key elements. Their passion for detailing and materials contribute to a strong, recognizable signature.

The designs of Studio Mieke Meijer are never purely functional but offer the user freedom to use them his own way. This helps them retain their autonomy.

The designs they are mostly hand made in their Eindhoven based workshop. Craftmanship and highly demanding finish are of fundamental importance.

Mieke Meijer (Wezep, 1982) graduated from the Design Academy Eindhoven in 2006. Since then she works on self initiated and commissioned projects. Beside this she teaches at the Design Academy Eindhoven.

Roy Letterle (Kerkrade 1978) has an architectural and educational background and is in addition to his job as a teacher of interior design the driving force behind the company.

Studio Mieke Meijer regularly takes part in exhibitions in different contexts both nationally and internationally. Recently her work was part of the exhibition 'Conflict’ by collective Dutch Invertuals during Dutch Design Week in Eindhoven. Earlier this year she had her first solo-exhibition 'Industrial Archaeology' at gallery Christian Ouwens in Rotterdam. She also showed her work to the queen of the Netherlands at the Oranienbaum Palace in Germany.

The work of Studio Mieke Meijer is available through a limited selection of galleries at home and abroad.
